Cullen Brooks and Coach Sysko will both be participating the WBCA All-Star games this summer. Cullen is playing on the D4 South All-Star team and Coach Sysko will be assisting with D3 South All-Star Team.
Part of the All-Star responsibilities is fundraising for the MACC Fund (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer). They hope you’ll consider donating on their behalf. All donations are tax deductible and include tickets to the game. The schedule for the games is below.

The 5th Quarter Shufflers are this year's Sugar River Euchre League's Champions. To get to the Championship match, they had to win the second half of the season. They did so with a 9 and 1 record, losing only their first match of the half to Kleeman's. Then, in last Thursday's Championship Match they kept the streak going by immobilizing the Hooterville Express by 52 points, 398 to 346.

The Belleville Instrumental Department was able to purchase a new full-size concert tuba this spring thanks to many members of the community who helped raise funds or donated to the effort.  
Mrs. Meir would like to thank the following groups and people for their contributions to the cause:  The Belleville Music Booster group, the Kiwanis Club, the Shrader family, the Peterson family, and the community members and parents who participated in the 50/50 raffle at the winter concert.  

Many people want to give back to the community but may not have a lot of time to volunteer. In only about an hour, volunteer blood donors can help save lives and feel instant gratification.
The community is invited to give back and help save lives by donating blood on Friday, March 30, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the New Glarus Bible Church, 207 6th Street, New Glarus.
