Many people want to give back to the community but may not have a lot of time to volunteer. In only about an hour, volunteer blood donors can help save lives and feel instant gratification.
The community is invited to give back and help save lives by donating blood on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at St. Mary of Lourdes, 221 Frederick Street, Belleville. Sponsored by Econo-misers and Kiwanis Club.

Having been named Pull of the Year for seven years by the Badger State Tractor Pullers Association, the Green County Fall Nationals Truck and Tractor Pull will again play host to some of the most talented and recognized names in the tractor and truck pulling circuit. For the 12th year, GCFN will draw pullers from over 10 states to the Green County Fairgrounds in Monroe on September 22nd.

Sadly, we bid a fond “goodbye” to Candee Christen, Town of Exeter clerk. After 18 years, Candee is heading to a new municipality and true to our experience, she takes with her the highest level of honesty, integrity, and knowledge. She watched over our elections, budgets, permits, meetings, and paperwork with professionalism and expertise.
We believe Town of Exeter is losing a genuine “diamond” and we wish her every success and happiness in her new position. We will surely miss her.

SSM Health at Home’s hospice program provides care and support to patients experiencing a life-limiting illness. Volunteers are an important part of the hospice team assisting in many ways, ranging from direct patient contact to administrative support.
