Primrose Youth Ready to Serve

Sunday, February 27, 2022, will be the 21st annual Pancake Breakfast to support Primrose Youth with Sugar Creek Camp Scholarships.
Menu will include “All you can eat” Pancakes and Fruit Toppings, Scrambled Eggs, Fresh Sausage Links, Colby & Muenster Cheese, Apple and Orange Juice, and Coffee.
This will be a dine in or carry out event. Serving will begin immediately after worship at 10:00 a.m., please come at 9:00 a.m. and join us for inside worship. We do require masks and everyone is spaced out in the church and for breakfast.

Green County Public Health Scheduling COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Appointments for March

Green County community members will need to call to schedule an appointment to get their COVID-19 vaccine at Green County Public Health beginning in March, and moving forward. Appointments will be available Mondays through Fridays, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Community members can call us at (608) 328- 9390 to schedule an appointment.
We will be offering the pediatric Pfizer (5-11), adult Pfizer (12+), Moderna (18+), and Johnson & Johnson (18+) COVID-19 vaccines. Individuals can receive their primary series or their booster dose.

<strong>UW-La Crosse Announces Fall 2021 Dean’s List</strong>
The following area students have been named to the Dean’s List at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for the fall semester of the 2021-22 academic year, ending December 2021. Qualification for the Dean’s List is limited to students who have attained outstanding academic achievement. To be eligible, students must have earned not less than a 3.5 semester grade point average and carried a minimum of 12 credits.

It is with great sadness that we, his children, share the news that George Marvin Cleveland Sr. passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022, at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, Madison, WI, due to coronary complications. George was born in Mayville, ND, on September 20, 1925.

Lady Knights Earn Share of Cap South Championship

The New Glarus Lady Knights hosted Cambridge on February 17th. Leading 17-9 at the half, New Glarus easily won the game with a score of 50 to 34.
Alex Atwell scored 16 points and had 9 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 block, while Elle Lancaster put 12 points on the board and had 2 rebounds, and Lindsey Schadewalt scored 9 points and had 8 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 2 blocks.

Five members of the Green County Law Enforcement Administrators Association attended the Wisconsin Chiefs of Police Association mid-winter training conference recently at the Kalahari Resorts, Wisconsin Dells.

Belleville Middle and High School Students of the Month

Congratulations to our January Student of the Month recipients. Students are nominated by their teachers based on achievement, leadership, service, and character. Teachers have created personalized messages for each student which were read to these students during a special pizza luncheon.
