JEANA E. RYAN

Jeana Elise (Fox) Ryan, 48 of Monticello, Wisconsin, was welcomed home by God on March 18, 2022, after a 2-year battle with Metastatic Melanoma, surrounded by family and friends. Born on November 28, 1973, Jeana was raised in Ada, Ohio, by the late John Harry Edward Fox and Joyce Elaine (Zimmerman) Fox.
After graduating from Ada High school in 1992, Jeana was to receive a degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University in 1996. There she was very active with cross country and indoor and outdoor track.

Keith R. Schlunz-Mueller, age 35, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at his home. He was born on November 5, 1986, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, the son of Kristie Mueller and Richard Mueller.

Sugar River Youth Wrestle at State

Ten youth Sugar River wrestlers took to the mats at the Alliant Energy Center this past Friday and Saturday. Five of the 10 competed for their FIRST TIME!
Wrestling at 75# in the girls division was Ava Krueger, going 0-2. Kashton Lentz, 45#, and Jullian Crennell, 64#, both got beat out in their first two matches also. Brooks Krauss, 90#, went 1-2, and 7th grader Marcus Hebgen, 110#, went 2-2 for his day respectively.
Happy all these kids got to compete and take part in such a rewarding and exciting day. Congrats to you all!

Occupation: I am a licensed professional civil engineer and help run a small business, Drainage Doctor, LLC. We provide design/build and permitting services for stormwater management in the agricultural, commercial and residential sectors.
Years lived in village: After our first child was born, my wife and I moved to Monticello in 2006 for that small town feel and for the great school system. We have been residents of the Village of Monticello for almost 16 years.
