A Note From the Monticello Village President

Hi Everyone,
My name is Bob LaBarre and I was born in Southern Wisconsin USA–my 1st privilege in life, and was raised and educated in Wisconsin–my 2nd privilege in life.
I came to live and retire in Village of Monticello and was privileged to be elected to the Village Board of Trustees. Subsequently I am in my second term, ending with the April spring general election.
My wife, Denise Pinnow, and I returned from vacation late Thursday, July 28. The Village Board met on Friday, July 29th, but I did not know how this would change my life.
