In 2023, the annual Belleville Wildcat Football Reunion honored players and coaches from the Sugar River Raider football team. In 1994, Belleville, Monticello and New Glarus formed a tri-op and were given an ‘unofficial’ place in the Capitol Conference as the Sugar River Raiders as a replacement for Verona.
