Alphornman Triathlon Committee Makes Donation

On May 9th, members of the Alphornman Triathlon committee donated $250 to the New Glarus Public Library's Music & Movement children's program. The annual Alphornman Triathlon and the AlphornKids Splash-n-Dash will be held Sunday, August 5th, at Village Park. The proceeds help fund various youth activities and events in our community. The library donation is going towards a variety of needs such as books, performers, healthy snacks, craft supplies, and incentives like t-shirts. Some of the books purchased will be given as prizes to keep and some will be donated to the library collection in the child's name. For more information please visit www.newglarusalphornman.com.
