The Anderson Brothers to Compete For Breakthrough Artist 2016

New Glarus native rock group The Anderson Brothers is competing in the Madison Area Music Association's (MAMA) 2016 Breakthrough Artist Competition. Consisting of New Glarus High School graduates Cole Dockter, Eric Anderson, and Brian Anderson, the band has started to gain a following within the Madison area.
The Anderson Brothers qualified for the battle round of the Breakthrough Artist Competition by popular vote and must now compete head-to-head with Madison's best new bands for the title of 2016 Breakthrough Artist. The MAMA seeks to support and recognize local talent, while helping to fund youth music programs to provide music education to those who might otherwise not have it.
The competition will take place at Full Compass on Saturday, March 19, 2016, from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. A $10.00 cover charge goes to funding local music education. Full Compass is located at 9770 Silicon Prairie Parkway, in Madison.
