Green County Health and Human Services is Moving

We want to inform you that our office will soon be moving! As of September 24th, Health and Human Services will be operating out of a new building. Our new building is located on the same driveway, just closer to the highway.
Our building will have the same address, just a different location. When you enter the driveway to the Pleasant View Complex, our new building is the first one on your left (before Pleasant View Nursing Home). There are two driveways that will be marked with signage. The first driveway to the left is for Veterans Services, Human Resources and the meeting rooms. The second driveway to the left is for the Health Department, Human Services and the ADRC.
When you turn in the second driveway, the first entrance is the main entrance to Human Services and the Health Department. The second entrance (the one you will see straight ahead) is the entrance to the ADRC and has a sign that reads Aging & Disability Resource Center on the overhang. If you are looking to visit us here at the ADRC, you can park by that entrance and enter there.
