Is it Apruary...Sprinter...When Will We See Spring?

The top photo is from April 2017. The bottom photo is from April 2018, while it was snowing... According to the National Weather Service, the first full week of April was slightly more than 15 degrees below normal. Weather forecasters are predicting that we may get into the upper 50s toward the end of this week -- finally!
