On Sunday, January 29, Monticello residents could enjoy the annual Fisheree, sponsored by the Monticello Lions Club and Green County Conservation League, and the Monticello Community Club's Chickeree. Over 600 half chickens were grilled and ready to be picked up by 11:00 a.m.
