Monticello Lions Scholarships

Lions President Nancy Karlen distributed the scholarship checks to the following Monticello students: Natalie Roe, who is attending University of Wisconsin-Madison majoring in Dairy Science to become a Bovine Nutritionist or Geneticist; Alyssa Holcomb, who is attending University of Wisconsin-Platteville to become a Crop Specialist; and Cade Femrite, who is attending University of Wisconsin-Platteville majoring in Civil Engineering to become a Surveyor. Also receiving their scholarship checks, but unable to attend, were Rudy Wicker, attending University of Wisconsin-Madison majoring in Chemical Engineering and Mackenzie Errthum, attending University of Wisconsin-River Falls to become a Veterinarian.
Congratulations to these young people as they further their education in their chosen fields.
