<strong>Stout Foundation Scholarship Program Awards More Than $870,000 in Scholarships</strong>
Scholarships valued at more than $870,000 were awarded to 394 University of Wisconsin-Stout students this academic year through the Stout University Foundation Inc. <strong>Lauren Christen</strong>, Belleville, Dietetics, has been awarded the Alan J. and Ellen E. Carlson Scholarship and the Dwight and Linda Nyhus Davis Scholarship.
The students received the awards during a fall virtual scholarship reception, which replaced the traditional on-campus event because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

<strong>Heittola to Play Basketball at Bemidji State University</strong>
<strong>Rachael Heittola</strong>, a sophomore from Belleville majoring in Exercise Science at Bemidji State, will participate in NCAA Division II basketball for Bemidji State University during the 2020-21 season. Heittola is a forward/center for Bemidji State’s women’s basketball program this year.
