Home ›Village of New Glarus Village Board Approves TID #4 COVID-19 Relief Program
At its January 19, 2021, meeting, the New Glarus Village Board approved the creation of the TID 4 COVID- 19 Relief Program. The primary purpose of the program is to retain jobs, stabilize local businesses and prevent blight that may result from financial hardship in maintaining business operations or meeting business expenses as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The program is available only to property owners and businesses within the Village of New Glarus Tax Increment District 4 (TID 4), as this is a requirement of Wisconsin law in creating and funding this program. Applicants may be eligible for assistance up to $4,000. Submittal of an application does not guarantee an award.
Applications should be submitted via mail by February 15th. Please mail seven copies of your application to Village Administrator Drake Daily at 319 2nd Street, PO Box 399, New Glarus, WI 53574. Applications can also be placed in the drop box outside of Village Hall.
