Washington Church Music Festival

On July 4, 1876, a celebration was held on the new foundation of Washington Church that included music and food. Over the years, the church as continued the tradition, keeping their reputation for good music and good food.
This year’s celebration will be held on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, from 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The first band plays at Noon, and music includes Greg and Lonnie Wild, featuring Bill Gempeler and Mark Gruenenfelder; Country Four; the Keith Zweifel Band; and Greg Anderson.
Along with the music, there will be delicious food by the Taste of Washington, and a quilt raffle. There is a suggested admission donation of $5.00.
Washington Reformation Church is located at N6026 Church Road, Monticello. Take County C west out of town for five miles, then turn left on Church Road.
