Wildcats Break 100 Points in Parkview Victory

The Belleville Wildcats boys basketball team played at Parkview on Monday, January 25th. The Wildcats were up by 20 over the Vikings at the half. Belleville won the game, 101 to 72.
Trevor Syse scored 29 points to lead the Wildcats, while Carson Syse scored 19 points, Jack Erickson scored 15 points and Kaden DeSmet scored 14 points.
On Thursday, January 28th, the Wildcats played Wisconsin Heights at Just A Game Fieldhouse in Wisconsin Dells. Belleville held a 3-point lead at the half but were unfortunately outscored in the second and lost a close game. The final score was Wisconsin Heights 76, Belleville 70.
Leading Belleville in scoring was Trevor Syse with 18 points, while Carson Syse scored 14 points, Andrew Ace scored 13 points, Sawyer Fahey scored 12 points and Gavin Boyum scored 10 points.
The Wildcats played at New Glarus on February 2nd, at Cambridge on February 5th and at Lakeside Lutheran vs Marshall on February 6th. The Wildcats are sitting at third place in the Capitol South with a conference record of 3-3 and an overall record of 5-9.
