Wildcats Cross Country Team Competes at Midwest Invite

The Wildcats were in Janesville Saturday for the Midwest Invite. This is a very large race, with over 2,000 registered runners. They also had a format change to avoid overlap with races. This was well received by both coaches and athletes.
Our top four boys in the Blue Division were sophomores Jordan Wilder and Matthew Loshaw and seniors Sean Campbell and Julian Fullbright. Our White Division boys were Alan Woller, Jacob Kean, Carson Heller, James Gustafson, Brandon Graves, Zachary Thole, Will Gobel and Cole Monroe.
Our top two girls in the Blue Division were Tayler Yapp and Lainey Winkers. Followed by our White Division runners, Gina Salmela (placed and awarded 13th), followed by Adrianna Herritz, Mickey Stamfl, Angelina Parisot, Emma Veememan, Gianna Diaz, Madysen Herritz, Annika Esselstrom and Alex Steckelis.
Many times were season bests. Way to go!
