Wildcats Volleyball Has Tough Week

On September 6th, the Belleville Wildcats volleyball team hosted Marshall. Belleville lost in five, 25-27, 25-23, 25-23, 22-25, 11-15.
Mikayla Caskey led the team in kills with 13 and digs with 25, while Maddi DeSmet led in blocks with 4, Kailey Prochaska had 7 aces and Addy Edge had 32 assists.
On September 8th the Wildcats hosted Wisconsin Heights. Belleville lost in five, 25-23, 22-25, 20-25, 25-21, 15-17.
Kailey Prochaska had 12 kills, 2 blocks and 4 aces, while Rachel Carl had 2 blocks, Kylie Humke had 4 aces, Addy Edge had 36 assists and Mikayla Caskey had 16 digs.
On September 15th, Belleville hosted Waterloo. They lost in three, 10-25, 14-25, 9-25.
Leading the team in kills were Kailey Prochaska, Lindsay Kittleson, Mikayla Caskey and Maddi DeSmet with 2 each. Addy Edge had 2 blocks, while Ava Benash, Bree Ranguette and Kylie Humke all had 1 ace each. Addy Edge also had 8 assists.
The Wildcats played at Cambridge on September 19th and then hosted Cambridge on September 20th. They will compete in a Quad at Johnson Creek on September 24th and play at Marshall on September 27th.
