UW-Whitewater Announces Dean’s List

The following students were named to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Dean’s List for the 2018 fall semester. These students have demonstrated their academic abilities by receiving a grade point average of 3.4 or above in a single semester. Matchett Named to President’s List at Western Technical College

Ian Matchett, Associate of Science - Liberal Arts program student from New Glarus, was named to Western Technical College’s President’s List of High Distinction for the Fall 2018 term. To be included on the President’s List, students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, and carry 12 or more credits in an associate’s degree or technical diploma program.

Woods Named to University of Minnesota Duluth Dean’s List for Fall Semester 2018

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) has announced its Dean’s List for Fall Semester 2018. Students on the Dean’s List have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Eliza Woods, Belleville, has been named to the list. Woods is majoring in Anthropology and minoring in Spanish and International Relations.

Brown Named to Dean’s List at UW-River Falls

The University of Wisconsin-River Falls fall semester Dean’s List honoring 1,603 students has been released by Registrar Kelly Browning. To be named to the Dean’s List, a full-time undergraduate must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a scale of 4.0, or midway between an “A” and “B” average. Whitney Brown, Belleville, a Dairy Science major, was named to the list.

UW-La Crosse Announces Fall 2018 Dean’s List

The following area students have been named to the Dean’s List at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for the fall semester of the 2018-19 academic year, ending December 2018. Qualification for the Dean’s List is limited to students who have attained outstanding academic achievement. To be eligible, students must have earned not less than a 3.5 semester grade point average and carried a minimum of 12 credits. These students earned Dean’s List honors: Vanessa Erb, Belleville, Economics Major; Lilly Blum, Monticello, Marketing Major; Lauren Schilder, Monticello, Radiation Therapy Major; Ja-ae Borth, New Glarus, Sociology Major; Ashley Clark, New Glarus, Public Health and Community Health Education Major; Kyle Larson, New Glarus, Communication Studies Major: Broadcast and Digital Media Emphasis; Sierra Watrud, New Glarus, Exercise and Sport Science Major: Exercise Science - Pre-professional Track.

Area Students Earn Semester Honors at Edgewood College

The following local students have earned Semester Honors for the Fall 2018 semester at Edgewood College. Fulltime students who achieve a 3.5 grade point average for the semester are eligible for this honor. Students earning semester honors include: Chase Crull, Blanchardville; Kelly Fredrickson, New Glarus; Kyle Fredrickson, New Glarus; Brianne Roska, New Glarus; Rachael Schieldt, New Glarus; Grace Tollefson, New Glarus.

Iowa State University Announces Fall 2018 Dean’s List

Approximately 9,752 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the fall semester 2018 Dean’s List, including Britney E. Markhardt, Belleville. Students named to the Dean’s List must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.
