What's Happening With Washington Center 4-H Club

October 3, 2019

This year, Washington Center 4-H Club did many activities that included having fun, learning new things, and doing service projects for the community. During a few monthly meetings we had guest speakers. One month a guest speaker from Associated Bank educated us about finances and how to save money. We also had an officer from the Monticello Police Department talk about social media safety, and how to use it appropriately.

For a community service project, we made kindness rocks that we used as table centerpieces for the Green County Breakfast on the Farm. We also have fun family activities, like roller skating and our annual club picnic. And, of course, we always have fun at the Green County Fair.

We start our new enrollment this month, so if you are interested in joining Washington Center 4-H Club, please contact Sally Roe at sroe@tds.net.
