Monroe Clinic Recognized as a 2020 Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital
March 12, 2020
Monroe Clinic has been named one of the 2020 Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals in the United States by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. Regarded as one of the industry’s most significant designations of performance excellence, Monroe Clinic is proud to have received this recognition every year since 2016.
“While winning awards is not the mission of Monroe Clinic, it is satisfying to know that the level of hard work shown by our team is recognized at a national level,” shared Jane Curran-Meuli, Monroe Clinic President. “Our caregivers and support teams strive to provide excellence at every level in order to best serve our patients and community. That is our mission.”
Based entirely on publicly available data, this review gives hospitals a score across eight pillars of hospital strength: inpatient market share, outpatient market share, cost, charge, quality, outcomes, patient perspective and financial stability.
