Swiss Church Hosting Online Silent Auction

As a part of the 2020 Virtual Kilby Homecoming Celebration, Swiss Church is hosting an Online Silent Auction.

The Swiss Church 2020 Kilby Season Silent Auction Event is officially open. The site will be live for bidding, with the auction concluding on Sunday, November 1st, at 3:00 p.m.

Members and friends of the church have donated a wide range of wonderful items. Presently, there are 25 items available. (Truly, something for everybody!) The collection includes the following: Item #1 - Winter Warmers; Item #2 - Ice Cream Treats; Item #3 - Handy Person’s Around-the-House Gadgets; Item #4 - Christmas Wrapping Gear, etc. Basket; Item #5 - Custom Crafted Side Table; Item #6 - Custom Made Solid Oak Coffee Table; Item #7 - Keep Calm, Stay Safe & Carry On!; Item #8 - COVID-19 Care Basket; Item #9 - Romance; Item #10 - Bath & Body Goods Basket; Items #11, 12, 13, 14 & 15 - Youth Backpacks and School Supplies - in various colors - Brilliant Blue; Hunter Green; Lime Green; Coral/Pink; and Classic Tan; Item #16 - Puzzle Time; Item #17 - All About Nails, and Fall Plaque; Item #18 - Framed 150th Swiss Church Anniversary Photo; Item #19 - Fair Trade Goods – Coffee Basket; Item #20 - Fair Trade Goods – Chocolate & Cocoa Basket; Item #21 - Fair Trade Goods – Tea, and Readers Joy; Item #22 – Italian Wine & Dine; Item #23 – The Essential Tote to occupy your Littles; Item #24 – Sweet Time with Jesus; Item #25 – Homemade Pies.

Noted on each item is where the bid proceeds will be directed. Many are to be directed to the Church Campus Repair & Improvement Fund. Others are directing bid proceeds to local missions.

The site is very user friendly. You can view items without the need to set up a formal account. When you are ready to start bidding on items, the site will require you to set up a profile for yourself.

When the Auction concludes on Sunday, November 1st, the Auction Administration Team will connect with the high bidder on each item and coordinate for payment and pick up or delivery. Payment can be in cash, check, or via credit card. Options will be covered with the high bidder individuals when we arrive at that time.
