A cold winter's day, time before or after school – as well as the weekends, offer uninterrupted time outside of the classroom to explore and develop one's own interests and passions. It is a time for a student to hone a new skill or to make a concept discussed in class a reality through applied knowledge. Recently several students in the Belleville community have used their free time creatively and have pushed the boundaries beyond the walls of their classrooms to the pleasant surprise of their teachers.
