Monona Grove Swimming Overcomes Monroe/New Glarus, 95-73

The Monroe/New Glarus girls swimming team traveled to Monona Grove on Tuesday, Sept. 22. Monona Grove won the dual 95-73.
“Even with M-NG finishing first in only three events, they still achieved their goal of scoring more points than last year and keeping Monona Grove under 100 points,” explained Head Coach Linda Moser. “In eight of the events, we placed second, and this is an improvement from last season too. We have to keep looking at the steps forward. That gives the girls the fuel they need to practice hard and with focus.”
