Andy Elkins of New Glarus has been exploring by canoe his wilderness, the Quetico Superior Wilderness/Boundary Waters Canoe Area, consisting of 1,180,000 acres of wilderness, for many years.

There is no legitimacy to the email’s claim that you need to appear in court and the attachments to these emails contain malicious software that can infect your computer with a virus.

At home against Juda on Tuesday, Sept. 29, the Monticello volleyball team was defeated, 26-28, 26-24, 23-25, 27-25, 14-16.
“This was a back and forth game all night as you can tell by the scores. Monticello is still improving every match,” said Head Coach Scott Smice.

On Monday, September 28, the Sugar River boys soccer team prevailed over Lodi, 3-0.
Kevin Zimmerman scored the first goal at 59:30, and teammate Nehemiah Noriega had the second one not long after Zimmerman. The third goal was made by Noah Leonard at 62:31 with an assist by Dylan Hustad.
Against Monona Grove on Thursday, Oct. 1, the Raiders were victorious, 6-1.
Two minutes into the game, Mike Jennrich scored the first goal on an assist by Andrew DeLorme.
