York 4-H is Small, But Oh So Mighty!

Our club in Blanchardville/New Glarus is made up of only 12 members. But when we go to the fair, we give it our all! This year the weather was hot and the storms were fierce, but that did not damper our love of the Green County Fair. I just want to take a moment and thank everyone that helps all of us. We kids get the ribbons and trophies, but it is our family, mentors, and leaders that work hard and care about each of us, and our growth. So, thank you!! If you know of anyone who would like to join a small but wonderful group of kids, please contact us!! Here are our results.

Feel Good About Giving Back by Donating Blood

Many people want to give back to the community, but may not have a lot of time to volunteer. The American Red Cross reminds eligible individuals that in only about an hour, volunteer blood donors can help save lives and feel instant gratification.
Blood is a perishable product that can only come from generous volunteers. By donating blood, individuals can make a difference in the lives of patients in their community and throughout the nation.
