Green County Herdsmanship Awards

The 2016 Herdsmanship contest recently took place at the Green County Fair. Herdsmanship is an event at the fair when the exhibitors get the opportunity to be the judges. They have the chance to score the other clubs/chapters in their species based on the preparation of the exhibit, appearance and attitude of the exhibitors, and the care of the exhibit. It encourages the exhibitors to work as a club or chapter in order to maintain a clean exhibit and share their knowledge on their project with fair-goers.
